We are WaveSync, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Technical Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
