We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Partnership Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
