We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Operations Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
