We are StardustLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
What We're Looking For:
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
